       江苏华昌化工股份有限公司坐落在长江三角洲的江苏省张家港市，地处沿海和长江两大经济开发带交汇之处，水陆交通便利。公司始建于1970年，1999年改制，2004年整体变更为股份有限公司，2008年9月25日登陆A股资本市场，上市交易（股票代码：002274）。
　　2013年12月公司在涟水兴建的年产100万吨新型生态肥料生产基地全面投入运营，与此同时张家港厂区年产15万吨浓硝酸项目也于8月产出成品，这为公司做大做强肥料产业奠定了坚实的基础。近年来，公司更加注重新型肥料的研发、生产，先后推出的稳定性系列肥料、多肽系列肥料、脲铵氮肥系列肥料、华昌硝基系列肥料、以及全新营养追肥——“追奭佳”系列等新型肥料，深受老百姓的欢迎。
　　经过四十余年发展，公司已形成年产200万吨系列高浓度复合肥、50万吨合成氨、60万吨纯碱、66万吨氯化铵、40万吨尿素、25万吨丁辛醇、10万吨精甲醇等产品生产规模，其中复合肥、氯化铵产能位居省内第一。
 
      Jiangsu Huachang Chemical Co., Ltd located in Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province, near the Yangtze river delta, along the intersection of two major economic development zone “the Yangtze river delta”and “the coastal economic development zone”, where there have convenient land and shipping transportation.Jiangsu Huachang Chemical found in 1970, restructured in 1999, overall changed as “Corporation Limited”. Then Huachang Chemical was listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange with the stock code as 002274 on Sep 25th,2008.
      Jiangsu Huachang Chemical built a new eco-fertilizer production base of one-million tons annual capacity in Lianshui, which has fully put into operation since Dec,2013. while the annual 150,000 tons designed capacity of zhangjiagang high nitric acid plant also output nitric acid in Aug,2013. All of these projects have laid a solid foundation for being bigger and stronger company in the fertilizer industry.In recent years, Jiangsu Huachang chemical pay much more attention to develop the new type of fertilizer production.       After more than forty years of development, Jiangsu Huachang Chemical has reached a considerable production scale: annually producing 2,000,000 tons of high concentration compound fertilizer, 500,000 tons of synthetic ammonia, 600,000 tons of soda ash, 660,000 tons of ammonium chloride, 400,000 tons of urea, 100,000 tons of fine methanol and so on. Especially the production capacity of ammonium chloride and compound fertilizer are top1 in Jiangsu Province.
